Visitors who purchase museum entrance fees enjoy a free 3-hour stop. The ticket must be cancelled at the ticket office.

The ticket is valid for only one entry during the day.
Authorized external tour guides are permitted to accompany groups.

RULES FOR THE VISIT

smoking is prohibited even in open spaces

bicycles are not allowed, even hand-drawn ones, in the internal spaces and in the village

Dogs are allowed, always on a leash, only in open spaces, not inside museum areas and indoor spaces

It is possible to eat only and exclusively in equipped spaces and food from outside is not permitted

amateur/tourist photo/video shooting is permitted

Licensed external tourist guides are permitted. For visits to the Baptistery, a prior request must be made by email to info@castellodisantasevera.it

Professional photo/video shooting (fashion shooting, weddings and other events) is subject to a fee, with prior authorization, by sending an email with two weeks’ notice to info@castellodisantasevera.it

 

Authorized external tourist guides are allowed to accompany the groups.
