BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Send an e-mail to ostello@castellodisantasevera.it with the object “Booking request”, by specifying:

  • Number and genre (M/F) of people
  • Number and age of children
  • Number and typology of needed rooms
  • Arrival date and approximate time
  • Departure date (you must leave your room/s before 10.30 am)

We will send you a written reply.

CONDITIONS

  • The guests must pay their stay when they arrive at the hostel
  • You can cancel your booking without paying a penalty up to 72 hours before your arrival; by communicating your request by e-mail to the address ostello@castellodisantasevera.it;
  • If you cancel your booking after 72 hours before your arrival or if you don’t arrive at the hostel, you must pay a penalty equivalent to the first night cost. If you leave the hostel early, you must pay the full cost of your booking.
  • You must indicate name, surname, your telephone number and your credit card data together with the expiration date (to have a guaranteed booking);
  • Af for the first night, the pre-authorization is needed. This is a standard procedure to verify your credit card validity.
  • Pre-authorized charge will be authomatically given back within few days. The entire* payment must be carried out at the hostel.

You can also pay by wire transfer, at least 7 days before your arrival at the Hostel.

SECURITY WARNING – BEWARE OF POSSIBLE FRAUD ATTEMPTS
Kind customers are encouraged to pay close attention to any signs of attempted fraud:

After making a reservation, it is recommended to be wary of urgent messages, even if received via Booking.com chat. Communications containing expressions such as “The reservation is at risk of cancellation” or “Verification required within 24 hours” are frequently used in fraudulent attempts.

Our facility does not request credit card information through WhatsApp, email, or other unofficial channels under any circumstances, nor does it direct you to third-party payment platforms.
All official communications take place exclusively via the official website, the facility’s official email, or within official OTA platforms (e.g. Booking.com).

In the presence of suspicious communications, you are encouraged to contact the facility directly through official channels.
