BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the object “Booking request”, by specifying:
- Number and genre (M/F) of people
- Number and age of children
- Number and typology of needed rooms
- Arrival date and approximate time
- Departure date (you must leave your room/s before 10.30 am)
We will send you a written reply.
- The guests must pay their stay when they arrive at the hostel
- You can cancel your booking without paying a penalty up to 72 hours before your arrival; by communicating your request by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org;
- If you cancel your booking after 72 hours before your arrival or if you don’t arrive at the hostel, you must pay a penalty equivalent to the first night cost. If you leave the hostel early, you must pay the full cost of your booking.
- You must indicate name, surname, your telephone number and your credit card data together with the expiration date (to have a guaranteed booking);
- Af for the first night, the pre-authorization is needed. This is a standard procedure to verify your credit card validity.
- Pre-authorized charge will be authomatically given back within few days. The entire* payment must be carried out at the hostel.
You can also pay by wire transfer, at least 7 days before your arrival at the Hostel.
